GST supplies chemists, physicists, engineers and other technical personnel to support missions at governmental research and development laboratories. GST currently is a major supplier to DHS supporting the Transportation Security Laboratory.
Since 1992, GST has provided technical services to R&D programs in Aviation Security. GST’s staffs supports the development, test and assessment of trace and bulk explosive detection systems.
GST produces simulants of various commercial, military and homemade explosives for DHS and other governmental organizations. These explosive simulants are safe, inert material, but when examined by an explosive detection system, they mimic the properties of the real explosive.
