The integrated Time & Expense Portal is a major advantage for users of GST’s ERPGovCLOUD for Government contract management and accounting.

It gives employees the ability to enter time, see their current vacation/leave balance, read/download from the built-in Intranet, and submit a business expense report or a purchase request.

It gives Managers the ability to desk audit employee in-progress timesheets, approve or return timesheets or expense reports, and run a variety of reports on the contracts and/or tasks they manage.

It is a built-in part of the core system – no additional change.
